Good morning. I hope everyone had a good Easter! The weather managed to turn out pretty nice for us. Logan had his 1st Easter egg hunt. Well we tried anyway. He would reach for the eggs, grab them and put them directly into his mouth. Thankfully they were only plastic eggs, which are now his new favorite toys. Next year will be so much fun when he's walking. Crazy to think how fast he is growing! Anyways I have several things to share this week so let's get started. Today I have a wedding invitation for Tracy & Jon. I've known Tracy since gradeschool and well her fiance too actually. He's the brother of one of my good friends so I was excited when she contacted me about designing her wedding invitations. Their colors are pink and black which I just love! Hope you like them.
I'll be back more this week with a baby shower invite and another letter photo. Have a good day!

Christmas & Birthday Gifts
Good Morning, I'm back within two weeks from my last post...making progress! Today I have two photo gifts that I made recently to show you. The first one is the same idea I originally used for my sister's bridal shower gift/decoration where you can see here for a refresher. This E photo was created for a Christmas gift for Jenny's soon to be Mother-In-Law. She says it was loved and is wanting some additional ones made for some wedding's she has coming up. I can't wait to work on those. Personal gifts are just so fun and can mean a lot to someone. Here is the E photo.
The other photo project I made recently was for my husband. He just turned the big 3-0 two weeks ago so I wanted to do something fun for him. I decided to get him 30 of his favorite things. It sounds expensive but it wasn't. I got him little things like his favorite snacks, a 12 pack of the soda he always drinks (which counted as 12 things), a couple shirts, made him a cake, etc. I wanted to incorporate our son some how and since he's too young to make a card much less talk I decided to make a collage of photos of my husband and my son. I placed them in the "D" of dad and then found a poem to write around Dad along with some words that I think describe my husband. I was nervous he might feel weird about putting it on his desk but he said it was awesome and brought it to work the next day. :) Enjoy!
I'll be back soon with a wedding invitation and a baby shower invitation. I can't wait to share them! Have a wonderful week.

Amy & Kyle - Wedding Program
Sooo...it's been over 3 months since my last post again, I do apologize for anyone that still checks my blog for updates. I've been working on a few things and some have been finished for awhile but finding the free time to get them on the blog always seems to take last priority. I'm trying to work on this. :) I've mentioned Amy & Kyle awhile back. I did there wedding invites and now I'm finally getting around to their programs. I designed them and had them printed for Amy and then she assembled them with the ribbon.
P.S. I got the new camera I've been talking about for Christmas. Best.gift.ever! I still need to study up on all the different features/functions but I love it so far. So hopefully my pictures will get better over time. Have a great week!

Wall Art
Can I just say that I LOVE Thursdays! Because that means tomorrow is Friday and that definitely is my favorite day of the week. That means that I'll be getting two full days with Logan! I sure do love the little guy even though his sleep schedule has been totally crazy this week. One night he just wouldn't go to sleep, the next he's sleeping through his last feeding and then waking up twice throughout the night to eat. And last night I thought things were back to normal with only one wake up through the night but then he was up wanting to eat while I was trying to get ready this morning which made for a very hectic morning. I sure hope he gets this thing figured out. But on to the post today. I recently joined Pinterest. I've heard people talk about it and I've seen people blog about it but until recently I hadn't checked it out. Needless to say I AM ADDICTED! There are so many cute ideas for EVERYTHING. From house decorating to baking to DIY creations, just tons and tons of really cool stuff. On this site is where I got my inspiration for these two pieces of art that I plan to display in Logan's room. One I have already framed and hung up, the other I'm still trying to figure out what to do with but I will find a home for it.
I just love doing pieces like these! They're so fun and just bring something different to a room. I've been wanting to make something for my bedroom for a while now since the decorative mirrors I had up fell apart and we threw them away after a failed attempt at fixing them. Hopefully an idea comes up soon. If it does you know I'll be sharing! Well I think that's all for this week. I hope everyone has a great weekend! Enjoy the weather.

Meredith & Derek
I'm back today with tons of pictures to show you of what I've been up to the last month. I posted a while back a save the date I did for Meredith & Derek but it wasn't a picture of the finished product so I have that to share with you plus their invitation, rsvp, accommodation card, table numbers, and various other signs they will be using. This was the first time I did table numbers and etc. so I was pleased with how they turned out. I hope I get to see pictures of Meredith & Derek's big day to see all my work displayed. Well let's get started with the pictures. First up is the finished save the date photo.
Everything was printed on shimmery champaign paper. Next is their wedding invitation, rsvp and reception/accommodation card. These were bundled with a band that had their names and wedding date across the front.
I apologize for the terrible pictures again. I hope to get a nice camera for Christmas this year and learn how to take better pictures of this stuff. Next are the table numbers and a few other signs I'll explain along the way.
And lastly here are their programs. These were Z folded and printed front to back.
Meredith certainly kept me busy the last couple of months but I really enjoyed making everything. I just love this font too! So elegant. I hope you enjoyed these and have a great rest of the day!

There were 35 table numbers total
These will be cut out individually and used as cake toppers.
Sign for the Reception
This sign will be carried by the Ring Bearer when he walks in. Meredith will follow.
Sign for the Guest Book.

Gracie's 1st Birthday
Most Mondays I am just dragging and wishing it was Friday already. Not that I don't wish it was Friday but I got some good sleep last night thanks to Logan for sleeping 6 hours through, so I actually feel pretty good for a Monday. The weekend flew by as usual but I still managed to get a few things accomplished and will be showing you the finished products this week. Today I am showing a 1st birthday invitation for a good friends daughter. I can't believe Gracie is going to be ONE already! Time really does fly by with the little ones. This is going to be a fall themed birthday party that includes pumpkin decorating and a hay ride for the kids. How fun! Hope you like it.
These were finished off with a pink ribbon tied in a bow at the top. They were so cute! Check by later in the week for the rest of Meredith & Derek's wedding stationary. I have programs, seating cards, table numbers and more to show you!

Amy & Kyle
Whew it's been a rough morning. These 3am feedings are draining me, especially when my little one doesn't go down until 10:30. I pray he starts sleeping through the night very soon. Thank god my husband and I carpool to work so I can sleep on the way in for now. :) I now understand that my time is no longer mine, it belongs to Logan. All I can say is thank god for DVR because all my shows, (yes I watch way too much TV or should I say I did watch way too much TV), are starting this week and next so I will be able to record everything and catch up later. Anyway today I would like to share the invitation and rsvp card I did for one of my best friends, Amy. We've been friends since highschool and Amy was a bridesmaid in my wedding last year so I was super excited when her and Kyle got engaged and she asked me to make her invitations. They are getting married in October and I cannot wait for their wedding! Their invites were done months ago but I didn't want to post the design before she had a chance to send them out and then I went on maternity leave so that's why I'm just now sharing them. I just love the colors she chose...
I'm working on her programs now, so check back for those in a few weeks. Have a great day!
